For over 20 years, I've worked to help teens and parents cope successfully with life - as a teacher, a mom, and now a therapist. I'll work with you to help you respond to adversity with new positive coping skills and strategies so that you can reach your goals of a positive, fulfilling, and mentally healthy life.

I earned my Maters Degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida and my Bachelors Degree in Human Resources from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida.
