The Webmaster/owner of this site has no control over the appraisers within this directory and thus can not be held responsible for any actions of the appraisers listed within. The real estate appraisers listed in this directory are not employees or contractors of the Real Estate Appraisers Directory or the Webmaster.

Appraisers are verified through the Appraisal Subcommitee website (ASC) when installed, however continuous checks to verify and update each appraiser's information is not made. You can contact your states licensing board or go to the ASC website to verify an appraisers certification. You are urged to do this before utilizing the services of an appraiser on this site. Please report to the Webmaster any appraisers certification that cannot be verified. It is up to you to check the appraiser's qualifications and credentials to make sure they meet your needs. Just like when you find an appraiser in the yellow pages of the phone book, TV or radio advertisement, newspaper ad or through any other means.
